The Denison Model is the result of over twenty-five years of research by Dr. Daniel Denison, formerly of the University of Michigan Business School, and currently Professor of Organizational Development at IMD – International Institute of Management Development in Lausanne, Switzerland, on the link between organizational culture and bottom-line performance measures such as return on investment, sales growth, quality, innovation and employee satisfaction.

Companies understand their culture will either serve, advance and separate them from the competition or the culture will be the barrier to long term success, a companies’ culture is the What, understanding the cultures role in achieving the goals, becoming a better firm is the so what . Finally understanding that achieving success and maintaining a great culture is a continuous effort, is the now what.
The four critical traits of culture and leadership are mission, adaptability, involvement, and consistency. Focusing on these points, discussing them, linking actions, strategies and plans bundle the team together, better cultures deliver higher profits. matters. Balancing mission, adaptability, involvement and consistency is the key. Understanding that a great score is a result of the Team at that moment, tomorrow things will be different. We must work the culture every day, every way.
